We are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join our team in Iver. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are prepared, packed, and handled to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Pay rate is £12.21 per hour
Shifts
Various Shifts Patterns available below:
* 06:00 AM - 14:00 PM
* 07:00 AM -15:00 PM
* 10:00 AM -18:00 PM
* 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
* Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
* Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
* Support team members with daily tasks and ensure efficient shift transitions.
Requirements
* Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
* Flexibility to work alternating shifts as required.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Good physical stamina, as the role may involve standing for extended periods and some lifting.
* Punctuality and reliability are essential.
