They are seeking a junior property lawyer 1-3 PQE to join their residential property team, working directly alongside a highly regarded partner. You will be involved in a wide range of residential property matters, providing invaluable exposure to high-quality work and client interactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist with residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasehold matters. Work closely with a respected partner, gaining insight and hands-on experience in managing a caseload. Provide advice to clients and liaise with other departments within the firm. Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Develop strong relationships with clients and support the teams overall objectives. Key Requirements: A qualified solicitor 1-3 PQE with experience in residential property law Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. A proactive approach to learning and development. Ability to work effectively within a team.
