Over the next three years, the business will transition from a federated model to a centralised global structure, supported by significant investment in technology and a new global outsourcing model for IT operations. This role sits within the Infrastructure and Service Operations team and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of a suite of finance and back-office applications provided by an outsourced vendor. You'll act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and internal tech teams, ensuring services align with business needs and deliver value.
