About The Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Senior Support Worker to assist with the management of a new service in Nottingham. You will need to be committed to quality assurance and be able to assist with leading and developing the team.
You will work in a mental health supported living setting, supporting people within their own homes.
As a senior support worker, you will work closely with the team leader and service manager to provide leadership and direction that ensures a safe, effective, responsive and well‑led service that treats people with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
Good communication skills are a must. You will provide person‑centred care and emotional support. This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference to individuals’ lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
Hours
Full time, 39 hours per week.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector and looking to make a real difference to the people we support.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
* 6 months experience in a mental health worker role (ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity)
* A relevant qualification in the field of Health and Social Care at NVQ Diploma Level 2 (or equivalent or willingness to work towards it)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
