You'll be helping people overcome housing challenges by offering tailored advice and practical solutions. What You'll Be Doing
Deliver clear, practical housing advice and prevention support to residents at risk of homelessness
Assess cases under the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
Prepare and issue statutory decisions within set deadlines
Manage a busy and varied caseload, including more complex cases, in line with legislative duties
