Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant
Estover, Plymouth
£14 per hour | 3-week assignment
We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to support our client based in Estover.
This is a short-term assignment for 3 weeks, starting Monday 9th March or Monday 16th March, running until 1st April.
30-40 hours per week
You will join a busy finance team and support with day-to-day accounts payable tasks.
Core hours between - Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Free parking available on site
Duties may include
Processing purchase invoices
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Dealing with supplier queries
Supporting the wider finance team
What you need
Previous Accounts Payable experience
Confidence processing high volumes of invoices
Strong attention to detail
Experience using SAGE would be beneficial
Flexibility to start ASAP
