We are seeking passionate support workers to enrich the quality of life, promote independence, and provide fulfilling experiences for the people we support at our residential home in Sawston, Cambridge. Our home is welcoming, caring, and friendly, caring for individuals with various disabilities including Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, and mental health conditions.
Churchfield Avenue is an 8-bed residential home, ideal for those who enjoy socialising. We encourage participation in a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, karaoke, pamper days, holistic and music therapy, among others.
Our team is trained to provide compassionate support and promote independence by helping residents learn new skills and build confidence. This role offers the chance to truly make a difference in others' lives, with visible impacts of your support.
