Prospero Teaching are supporting warm and welcoming primary schools across the Birkenhead area who are looking to appoint a full-time EYFS Teacher for long-term roles starting in February. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early years practitioner who enjoys creating engaging, play-based learning experiences and supporting children at the very start of their education journey.
Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the EYFS curriculum
* Creating a warm, inclusive and stimulating early years learning environment
* Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development
* Using observations and assessments to track progress and inform next steps
* Working closely with EYFS support staff and SEND teams where required
* Encouraging positive behaviour and early learning routines

* Easily accessible from Wallasey, Birkenhead, Bebington and surrounding Wirral areas
The ideal candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Experience teaching within the EYFS or early years setting
* Warm, patient and enthusiastic about early childhood development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to deliver engaging lessons through play and exploration
* Understanding of safeguarding and early years policies
