What you’ll be doing
You’ll be right at the heart of school life, supporting pupils to build confidence, independence, and a real love of learning.
* Supporting learning across different year groups
* Working 1:1 and with small groups to bring lessons to life
* Helping pupils stay engaged, motivated, and proud of their progress
* Building strong, positive relationships based on trust and respect
* Encouraging good routines, behaviour, and a sense of belonging
* Sharing progress and insights with teachers and the wider team

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role, and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
