You will be responsible for delivering your client's personalised care plan and health goals, enabling clients to live life to the fullest in their own home. You will manage clients' medical condition, meals, hygiene and ensure their safety at all times. You will maintain a positive relationship with your client, their family, friends and those supporting their health and wellbeing, and be trustworthy and compassionate.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalized care plans and support clients in achieving their health goals.
* Manage medication, diet, hygiene and overall safety.
* Build and maintain a supportive relationship with the client, family and health team.
* Work 7 days on, 7 days off, with a 2‑hour break each day.
* Utilise company caravan and other support resources as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Professional care experience in the UK: minimum 1 year (required).
* Reliable, compassionate and excellent communication skills.
* Possession of a driving licence and car is a plus, but not essential.
* DBS check will be carried out; it will be paid for.
Pay & Benefits
* £120 per 24 hours worked, plus double pay for bank holidays.
