Senior Facades Estimator We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our exceptional team. By providing accurate cost projections, the Senior Estimator will play a crucial role in ensuring the profitability and success of the company. The business offers a diverse range of services which includes Dry Lining, Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering, Steel Framing Systems (SFS), Screeding and External Renders. Projects range from £50,000 - £5m in value with experience in Residential, Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Responsibilities and Duties * Engage with supply chain to obtain accurate quotes for materials and services to establish true cost tenders * Prepare and ensure tender submissions are accurate and submitted on time * A strong knowledge of building regulations, requirements and best practice * Review tender documentation, ensuring project suitability and fulfilment of the client’s scope of works * Liaise and support with client engagement throughout the tender process to fully understand the client’s needs and requirements * Build long term relationships with clients to help secure tendered work * Maintain a professional approach and commitment to driving high standards of service delivery and quality projects * Being an integral part of the Estimating team, a key communicator across all parts of the business and central to supporting the Estimators. ...
