Are you passionate about people and ready to be the bridge between communities and innovation? EQUANS is seeking a dynamic Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) to join the team and play a pivotal role in transforming resident experiences during refurbishment and retrofit projects.
What You'll Do:
 1. Be the Resident Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
 2. Master Project Coordination: Liaise with residents, internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and a positive experience for all.
 3. Drive Customer Satisfaction: Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, striving to exceed satisfaction targets and KPIs.
 4. Logistics Support: Organize and facilitate resident needs-whether it's booking access, providing dust sheets, or assisting with packing and storage.
 5. Communicate with Clarity: Deliver clear, timely updates on project details, timelines, and impacts, ensuring residents always know what to expect.
What We're Looking For:
 6. Experience: Previous experience in a resident-facing role (construction, housing, or related fields) is a plus, but not essential.
 7. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others.
