Salary: Max £70k (+ benefits)
Location: REMOTE predominantly, with occasional travel to the Lancashire office once every few weeks.
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team for project-based work related to digital transformations.
Essential Experience:
* Experience working directly with Local Governments (or via consulting partners)
* Experience in streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, specify, and model business requirements, ensuring completeness and clarity, aligned with statutory, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Use modelling, requirements gathering, and process mapping techniques to support business change initiatives.
* Analyse documented processes to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement, presenting proposals to stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications.
* Communicate effectively to understand and align with business needs and priorities.
* Evaluate risks associated with recommendations and suggest mitigation strategies.
* Identify processes and IT solutions needed for implementing recommendations.
