Overview:
The role of Internal Sales Administrator requires the individual to contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the business, working with new and existing customers while providing an excellent customer service experience at all times.
Duties:
Respond to calls and emails
Welcome visitors to the business
Deal with enquiries and keep the database updated
Prepare quotations, verbally and in writing
Process sales orders, despatches and sales invoicing
Monitor delivery times and advise accordingly
General administration duties
Arrange export documentation if required
Liaise with suppliers
Provide basic technical support when req
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Experience in a similar role is required
Excellent communication and people skills
Computer literacy, capable of using email and the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of Sage 200 is desirable
Conscientious and diligent with a keen eye for detail
Self-motivated and capable of using initiative
