As demand grows, we’re hiring a Fleet Operations Coordinator to support daily vehicle scheduling, logistics, and service delivery.
Role Overview
You will coordinate vehicles, chauffeurs, and bookings to ensure every client journey runs smoothly and on time. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule vehicles and chauffeurs for bookings and events
* Manage daily fleet availability and allocations
* Coordinate airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel, and VIP hires
* Track vehicle maintenance, servicing, and compliance
* Liaise with drivers, partners, and suppliers
* Handle last-minute changes and operational issues
* Maintain accurate booking and fleet records
* Ensure high service standards and punctuality
Skills & Experience
* Operations, logistics, or fleet coordination experience preferred
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
* Confident using booking systems and spreadsheets
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-focused mindset
* Experience in transport, chauffeur, or luxury services is a bonus
