The Hunloke Arms is on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Bar Manager to join our family. We\'ve got big growth plans and are committed to developing future leaders - this could be your perfect next career step.
What you\'ll do:
* Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team.
* Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager on team briefings, 1:1s, and performance development.
* Take ownership of stock management, including accurate ordering, cost control, and maintaining an excellent cellar.
* Create the perfect atmosphere - think lighting, music, and great service!
* Work across the main bar and cocktail bar to deliver smooth, top-quality service.
* Recommend products with confidence and engage with guests.
Who we\'re looking for:
* A natural leader with energy and passion for delivering a fantastic guest experience.
* A warm, friendly, and driven personality who loves working in a team.
* Previous hospitality management experience is essential.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
