Job Description
Responsibilities include:
1. Develop and optimize CNC programs to support manufacturing operations and ensure quality standards.
2. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
3. Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications to determine appropriate machining strategies.
4. Perform setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure proper functionality.
5. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC equipment to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
6. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
7. Document CNC program changes and maintain detailed records for future reference.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful CNC Programmer should have:
9. Proficiency in CNC programming software and tools such as MasterCAM and SolidWorks.
10. 5+ years of experience in CNC Programming within the manufacturing environment.
11. Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment.
12. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints and GD&T.
13. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
14. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot CNC machine issues.
