At Hexagon Care Services we are a forward thinking and privately owned National Provider of Children’s Services. We have over 50 children’s homes, and 14 small independent trauma informed schools educating boys and girls with a range of complex needs.
We are looking to appoint an inspirational teacher to join our team at The Nook School in Colne, Lancashire. The Nook School is a specialist SEMH school for girls and is registered for up to 16 students aged 11 – 18 years, it shares the same grounds as our residential home. Students are in school full days Monday to Thursday, and Friday mornings.
The curriculum offer is broad and balanced and meets the needs of each individual student. The school also offers a range of accreditation including ASDAN, Entry Level and Functional Skills. The more academically able students will be encouraged to study GCSEs.
