Area Sales Manager North East & Central Scotland
Field-based | Industrial Sales | High-impact role
Were looking for a driven, hands-on Area Sales Manager to grow sales across North East and Central Scotland, working closely with distributors and OEM customers in an industrial environment.
This is a target-driven, visible role with real autonomy, where youll be trusted to develop accounts, win new business, and make a measurable impact.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Growing sales through distribution and OEM channels
2. Managing and developing key and target accounts
3. Winning new business and increasing market share
4. Delivering sales presentations and technical support
5. Surveying customer sites and identifying efficiency improvements
6. Preparing and presenting proposals, reports, and forecasts
7. Feeding market intelligence back into the wider business
What Were Looking For
8. Proven industrial sales background (ideally compressed air / capital equipment)
9. Strong experience managing and growing key distributor accounts
10. Confident presenting to customers at all levels
11. Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and target focused
12. Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
13. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
