Supply Chain Programme Manager
Location: Warwick
Hybrid work: Twice per week in the office
The Supply Chain Programme Manager (SCPM) is responsible for defining and executing a programme of sourcing transfer projects that reactivate the ST30 engine components to support Services and new unit requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Define the work breakdown structure, sourcing packages, and supporting programmes to deliver source change requirements.
2. Manage programme team members, including other SC Project Managers, dedicated resources, and supporting staff, to ensure efficient capacity utilization and timely delivery.
3. Act as liaison between the A35 Portfolio and key stakeholders, ensuring resource management decisions are made promptly to support programme deliverables.
4. Oversee project managers and roles related to quality management, risk management, performance reporting, and budgeting, ensuring high standards of project execution.
5. Establish a Change Control Board to approve programme changes affecting schedule or budget.
6. Report to a steering committee advisory board comprising cross-functional executives, overseeing governance of the programme.
7. Report directly to the head of Supply Chain Transformation Programmes.
The scope includes up to 200 components requiring sourcing and qualification within 3 years, with up to 15 full-time resources. Key commodities include discs, shafts, casings, blades, vanes, and related materials. The programme concludes once the new supply chain achieves acceptable delivery rates and quality.

Essential
* Recognized Project Management Certification.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
* Significant experience in project management, engineering, or supply chain roles.
* Understanding of OEM & Service business processes, process improvement, and results delivery.
* Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, sourcing, risk management, and programme management.
* Understanding of aerospace design and change control processes.
* Ability to engage at all organizational levels and manage change effectively.
* Experience working in a matrix organization with both dedicated and non-dedicated resources.
Desirable
* Management or leadership training.
* Process Improvement certification.
* Multilingual skills or interests.
