Conveyancing Assistant – Sheffield A highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in South Yorkshire is looking to add a Conveyancing Assistant to its busy Sheffield office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in residential conveyancing to support fee earners on a wide range of matters. Key responsibilities: Assisting with residential property transactions, including sales and purchases Preparing, completing and maintaining documents in line with firm procedures Handling client enquiries and routine correspondence Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications Reviewing title and property documents and compiling contract packs You will be organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
