The Project & Opportunity
Supporting growth in the Wilton area, Sydney Water will deliver essential drinking water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure as part of the Wilton New Town project.
We are seeking a Design Coordinator for Mechanical/Process disciplines to manage and oversee the design aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the design activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
2. Ensure all design work adheres to project specifications and standards.
3. Liaise with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to meet design requirements.
4. Document and communicate all design changes appropriately.
5. Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
6. Participate in project meetings and provide design updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Engineering degree or relevant tertiary education.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
* Experience in coordinating design activities within infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of design principles and techniques.
