Registered Nurse (RGN) – Nursing Home – £20.90 per hour – Days or Nights - £3,000 welcome bonus
Our client is looking for a committed and experienced Staff Nurse to join their day staff team in a warm and welcoming nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older adults in a supportive and professionally rewarding environment.
As a Staff Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents. You’ll use your clinical expertise to assess needs, manage care plans, and provide compassionate, person-centred nursing in line with best practices.

What You’ll Need
* Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration (RGN)
* Proven experience working in a nursing home
* Strong clinical assessment, medication management and documentation skills
* Confidence working independently and leading care staff on shift
* Experience with dementia or palliative care
What You’ll Do
* Take clinical responsibility for residents during day shifts
* Administer medication and carry out clinical assessments and care planning
* Lead and supervise care staff to ensure safe, effective care delivery
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with CQC standards
* Liaise with GPs, families and external healthcare professionals
* Respond to changes in residents’ health needs, including palliative care support
