About the Site
A free‑issue site serving around 300 clients daily across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
4 Micro Kitchens and 8 tea points.
1 Barista Bar.
Key Responsibilities
* Run and support daily operations across Café service, Barista Bar and Micro Kitchens
* Support the Hospitality department when required
* Lead the team on shift, delegating tasks effectively
* Place orders via Foodbuy for FOH Café and Micro Kitchens
* Ensure Health and Safety compliance and accurate allergen display
* Support menu design and publishing
* Deliver training and ongoing team development
* Lead daily pre‑service briefings

* Supervisory experience in a similar food service environment
* Strong attention to detail

* Strong customer focus
Barista Experience Preferred
