Are you looking for an opportunity to join a friendly and innovative team? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, who are passionate about developing and delivering projects, including supporting parents in the community, and providing activities in collaboration with partners, to promote better health and wellbeing for babies, children, young people and families in our local communities. The post holder will provide a high standard of information and support to children and their families in a range of settings (home, communities, Family Hubs and groups etc.). Following appropriate training, the post holder will work with appropriate supervision to undertake a range of tasks and group delivery, providing low level parenting support through home learning, supporting child development, speech and language, child accident prevention and school readiness, and applying person‑centred approaches to empower families and build confidence.
