Team Leadership & Engagement

8. Support the induction and welcome process of new team members
Business Client Development
9. Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
10. Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
11. Leveraging all clienteling tools and opportunities to drive loyalty
Operations
12. Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
13. Managing floor recovery, size and price integrity
14. Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with the General Manager
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
