This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and basic finance skills who enjoys working in a varied and supportive role. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and visitors to reception and create a positive, professional first impression Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately Manage daily incoming and outgoing post Monitor and order office supplies Arrange meetings, including room bookings and refreshments Make travel and accommodation bookings Order PPE and Health & Safety equipment Perform general office duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and updating records Reconcile company credit card and bank statements monthly Post customer payments daily Support the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions and provide cover during absence Assist and collaborate with other admin team members as needed What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role Good organisational and multitasking abilities Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
