We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Lancashire. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will cover the North, including Greater Manchester / Merseyside / Leeds and will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Key Duties and Responsibilities “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships Meet personal and team sales targets Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory Out to meet to attract new business Quoting / follow up pipeline Email management Communication with the office team System updates Requirements Proven Field based sales experience Experience selling a Technical Product Track record of over-achieving quota Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Computer use competency Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven Consultative approach Product knowledge – transferrable products (Fluid Powder products) Hours: Monday – Friday – 40 hours pw (with a degree of flexibility) Benefits Salary Basic £45,000 - £50,000 (OTE £65k - £70k Car Or Car Allowance 23 Days Holiday 8 Days Bank Holiday
