In this exciting role, you’ll manage all aspects of pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: Nationwide – remote working with occasional travel to the offices required.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility available.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + £5,000 annual car allowance + benefits.

Your Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Commercial team, supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and taking ownership of key commercial processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Conducting monthly project reviews with Project Leads to monitor financial performance, risk, and change management.
* Managing project change control, collaborating with the team to agree on variations and validate associated costs.
* Leading subcontractor procurement, including tendering, scope definition, and performance management.
* Reviewing client contracts and advising design teams on obligations and risks.
* Monitoring utilization and non-billable hours to support overhead reductions.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, consultancy, or design environments, particularly with NEC contracts.
* Experience in contract review, identifying risks, and practical knowledge of client application processes.
* A strong understanding of change control, including evaluating variations and managing risk/opportunity.
