Responsibilities
* Lead your people to deliver both individual and team objectives, including driving revenue combined with a great customer experience.
* Communicate with stakeholders from across the business ensuring a clear strategy and support for your store.
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, whilst capitalising on new retail opportunities.
* Lead by example with exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
* Build strong relationships with customers and the community to foster loyalty among first-time visitors.

* History of guiding large teams to achieve outstanding commercial results.
* Self-driven and proactive mindset.
