Job responsibilities
* Support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe and innovative environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
* Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, noting any changes impacting care plans, and keep written records up to date.
* Involve in the person‑centred care planning process – implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
* Assist residents with medication requirements.
* Undertake staff supervision and support staff development where required.
* Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health & social care professionals, addressing reasonable requests and escalating concerns or complaints.
About you
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care for care homes.
* Minimum two years’ experience working in a similar care environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive, responsive, and flexible attitude toward supporting and nurturing residents and staff.

* DBS Disclosure check – cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
