Caretaker Full Time- 37 hours per week, arranged on a split shift pattern to accommodate the opening and locking of the premises. Split shift: 06:00-10:00 and 14:30-18:00 Required to start September 2026. The Head Teacher and Governors of Evergreen Primary School are seeking to appoint an organised, reliable and highly motivated Caretaker at our Newton Aycliffe site, to join our dedicated school team. Evergreen Primary School is a supportive specialist setting for children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Complex Autism (ASD). Our school benefits from accessible grounds which are used by all year groups to support learning, wellbeing and engagement. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our school provides a safe, secure, clean and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
