We are seeking an outstanding PE Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will:
* Deliver engaging and innovative PE lessons that cater to a range of abilities and interests, fostering a love of sport and physical activity in our students.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their PE lessons.
* Teach a variety of sports and activities, promoting physical literacy and developing students' skills and confidence.
* Assess and monitor student progress in PE, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
* Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and departmental resources, ensuring that our teaching remains current and engaging.
* Organise and lead extra-curricular sports clubs and activities, providing opportunities for students to participate in competitive sport and develop their leadership skills.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of PE teaching.
We are looking for a PE Teacher who has:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Physical Education or a related field.
* Experience teaching PE at the secondary level.
* A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for PE.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* A passion for PE and a commitment to inspiring students.
* A strong understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures.
