Responsibilities and Expectations
* Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of optimal care plans.
* Administering and recording medication accurately.
* Carrying out comprehensive risk assessments.
* Collaborating with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting activity and independence.
* Working closely with the leadership team to develop and improve services.
* Maintaining a fun, inclusive, and professional environment at all times.
Leadership and Supervision
* Leading and supervising your shift effectively.
* Continuing responsibilities as above for resident care and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications and Skills
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
* Well-organized, IT literate, and capable of delegating work appropriately.
* Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
* Good understanding of care planning processes.
* Willingness to undertake training on administering medication if not already experienced.
* A natural ability to enhance the lives of others.
