Who are we looking for?

We’relooking for a Customer Support Technician to join our team in Glasgow. In this role,you’llbe the first point of contact for our telecom end users and channel partners, providing excellent support across a range of products, with a primary focus on Number Porting. If you have strong admin and customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, this role is for you!


What will you be doing day-to-day?

* Providing First-Class Support: Act as the primary contact for customer queries, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
* Focusing on First-Time Fix: Work to resolve as many issues as possible at the first point of contact, reducing the need for escalation.
* Handling Number Porting Requests: Support customers with number porting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Managing Customer Queries:Assistwith a variety of product‑related questions across both Gamma and third‑party services.
* Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and a smooth customer journey.
* Utilising IT & CRM Systems: Keepaccuraterecords, track customer interactions, and ensure all processes are followed correctly.


What you’ll need

* Strong customer service and administrative experience.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
* Confidence in working with CRM systems and handling customer queries professionally.
* A friendly, proactive, and adaptable approach to working with different customer groups.
* A strong interest in the IT and Telecoms industry.
* Experience within Telecoms or a fast‑paced customer service role (desirable but not essential).
