Deputy Home Manager Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week | £45,000 - £48,000 per year Preston We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join our team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions (PNC), and associated physical health needs. Key Responsibilities: Support the Home Manager in running the home and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards (CQC/RQIA). Lead and support the senior care team to deliver person-centred care. Assist with assessment and implementation of individual care plans. Conduct risk assessments and safety checks to ensure a safe environment. Participate in quality audits and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Support new staff through induction, training, and ongoing guidance. Maintain positive communication with residents, families, colleagues, and external professionals. Work with regional managers to develop and implement new services. Candidate Requirements: Registered nurse with strong clinical skills. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Experience in care planning, risk assessment, audits, and compliance. Knowledge of acquired brain injury (ABI) is desirable.
