Our client is a successful and continually expanding MSP supporting over 350 clients across various sectors within the UK. They have specialised for over 23 years in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security.
They are currently looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join their existing team of Support Engineers on their service desk.

Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
* Experience with the Autotask ticketing system (a strong advantage)
* Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, SharePoint, and Intune
* Basic networking fundamentals
* Prior experience in an MSP environment is essential
* Experience working on a busy service desk
* Client site visits when required
* Experience working in an ITIL environment
* Ability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
***Hybrid working (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) following successful completion of a 3-month induction/probation period.
