Brighton - Hybrid, 4 day week

Talent Hub is working in partnership with a respected marketing agency, with an enviable client list. They are hiring a skilled and strategic Paid Media Manger, who can be creative, analytical and lead the team in delivering successful PPC, Paid Social and Performance marketing campaigns.
For this Paid Media job, you will need:
* Proven skills in planning campaigns, based on data, research, and target audience.
* Experience in planning, launching and optimising campaigns across channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, amongst others.
* Successfully managed paid media campaigns, from planning, build, through to delivery, live optimisation and post campaign reporting.
* Previous experience in managing large budgets up to £100k per month, per client.
* Managing a team and delegating campaign management of multiple campaigns.
* Proven skill in excellent copy writing for ads, targeted to specific audiences.
* Skills and a passion for data, analysis, reporting and ROI.
* Creativity in writing client briefs and converting them to deliverable successful paid media campaigns.
* Google AdWords Qualified.
