Cover Supervisors Required - Swindon, Wiltshire.
We are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Swindon. Positions are available to start immediately (and from January 2026) on a short-term, long-term, part-time, or full-time basis, offering excellent flexibility.
The Role
Cover Supervisors play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning when teachers are absent. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson material to classes
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting pupils to remain focused and engaged in their learning
* Ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
Working Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* From £120 - £140 per day depending on experience
* Flexibility to choose the days you are available from 2-5 days!
Requirements
* Minimum of A-level qualifications (or equivalent) but a degree is preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence to lead and manage groups of students
* A professional and proactive attitude towards supporting education
