Responsibilities
* Leading the team from the front, hands‑on on the line and in the dining area
* Supporting the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries while providing an above and beyond experience for your team and customers
* Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun while leading with our values – Competitive, Enthusiastic, Family, Get It Done and Integrity
* Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience – dealing with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
* Ensuring that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
What You Bring to the Table
* Experience: Ideally you have at least 1 year of management experience in a similar role within a high‑volume hospitality or QSR environment
* Customer Satisfaction: Obsessed with the guest experience, proven track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews
* Financial Responsibility: Understand the basics of running a profitable shift, managing crew breaks, minimising food waste, and deploying the team effectively during the rush
* Leadership Skills: Natural motivator who enjoys being hands‑on, leads by example and knows how to get the best out of the Crew during a busy service
* Operational Excellence: Good working knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards and knowledge of enforcing them on the line
* Flexibility: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
