- IMMEDIATE START We are recruiting on behalf of a Prestigious Client for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join a high-performing production kitchen team.
Area: TW4 Shift: Night Shift (21:30
- 06:00) Pay Rate: £16.36 per hour 5 years reference required Pastry Chef
- Key Responsibilities: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef i n a high-volume kitchen, confidently managing multiple sections Creative ability to design and produce innovative pastry items aligned with current trends and diverse dietary needs Strong technical expertise across a wide range of pastry techniques, including chocolate tempering, custards, mousses, and pastry doughs Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering exceptional quality and exceeding guest expectations Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as operations run 7 days a week Pastry Chef
- Candidate Requirements: Experience in high-volume or production kitchen environments preferred Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work effectively under pressure Reliable, flexible, and strong team player Vetting Requirement: This role is subject to airport security clearance.
