Enterprise Operational Risk Manager
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced risk professional to join a leading financial services group as their Operational Risk Manager.
This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering high-quality enterprise risk reporting, providing insight and assurance to senior stakeholders including the Executive Board, Audit & Risk Committee, and subsidiary boards.
You will be responsible for developing effective and efficient risk reporting processes that provide a clear and concise view of the Group’s risk profile, supporting informed decision-making and embedding a strong risk management culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the production, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise risk reporting for executive and board-level audiences.
2. Aggregate and interpret risk data from across the Group, delivering clear, concise, and actionable management information.
3. Support the design and monitoring of risk appetite statements and key risk metrics.
4. Maintain and oversee policy governance, ensuring policies are regularly reviewed and approved.
