Responsibilities

We have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry South West Midlands, at our Kidderminster site. You will carry out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales hub/development in accordance with the customer journey, take ownership of the sales process with customers, maintain necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress across multiple sites and house ranges within the sales hub/development, and deliver successful continual sales at all sites within the sales hub/development.

Desirable

* 5 GCSEs / GCE or equivalent including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above)
* A Levels in any discipline

* Ensure all relevant Standard Operating Procedures, sales and all other policies & procedures are understood and adhered to, and that mandatory training requirements are kept up to date.
* Drive excellent customer service by advocating the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
* Assist with internal or external audits as required in line with Vistry Values of ICQ.
* Use Vistry systems to perform and execute your role requirements to drive excellence and ensure clarity of information records for business needs.
* Conduct yourself with internal and external stakeholders as ambassadors of Vistry.
* Proactively seek prospective sales and follow up all enquiries via telephone and marketing literature.
* Manage and implement new initiatives to achieve business targets on new home sales and negotiate with customers for the best outcome.
* Travel to all designated developments to undertake pre-booked customer appointments.
* Maintain knowledge of all relevant Vistry house types, build progress and availability to assist customers.
* Promote purchase options and schemes to offer bespoke choices to customers.
* Sell customer extras and manage implementation across reservations to drive additional profit.
* Assist with cancellations, re-negotiation, and retention where possible; propose alternatives on other developments.
* Work with Site teams to understand build progress and provide customer information as required.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the sales process is communicated to the team, customers, and stakeholders.
* Take responsibility for company property, equipment, and presentation across each site.
* Maintain the sales arena and show homes in line with brand and company standards.
