As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and scheduling all workshop jobs, ensuring timely delivery
* Leading weekly production meetings and overseeing daily workflow
* Managing and developing a team
* Conducting quality checks and implementing improvements
* Overseeing stock control, purchasing, and delivery checks
* Driving process improvements, systems improvements and supporting new product builds
As Operations Manager, your experience will include
* Proven background in production, manufacturing or workshop operations
* Strong leadership and performance management skills
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Comfortable using production software or tracking systems
* Knowledge of vehicle conversions or automotive standards (not essential)
