About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support classroom learning, provide targeted assistance to students, and help maintain a positive and productive environment. Responsibilities: • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons. • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives. • Assist in implementing tailored support strategies to meet diverse learning needs. • Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. • Prepare learning materials and classroom resources as required. • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is desirable. • A good understanding of classroom practices and behaviour management strategies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. • A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
