Assistant Site Manager – Residential New Build Location: Eastbourne A well-established residential housebuilder is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a new build housing development in Eastbourne. Working alongside the Site Manager, you will help manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring homes are built safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities: * Support the daily running of a residential construction site * Coordinate subcontractors and site trades * Monitor health & safety and quality standards * Assist with plot completions and customer handovers * Help maintain build programmes and site records About you: * Experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new build projects * SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or working towards) * Organised, proactive, and confident on site * Looking to progress within residential construction A great opportunity to join a reputable housebuilder with a strong pipeline of work
