We have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a Territory Sales Manager who will cover the territory of the North Thames region (inclusive of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk).
The ideal candidates should be proactive, dynamic and well-organised by nature and combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Key responsibilities:
* Promoting products on territory, developing new business
* Maintaining and servicing all existing accounts
* Achieve sales targets agreed with National Sales Manager
* Provide reports during monthly sales meetings and feed into sales strategy and delivery
* Supporting in surgical theatres on product training and account management, reporting back customer feedback to marketing
* Working in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:
* Surgical sales experience, ideally orthopaedics
* Excellent communication skills
* Good planning and organisational skills
* Full valid driving licence
* Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
