About the Role:
We are seeking Support Workers to join our team based in Macduff. Due to the rural locations and nature of the role, it is preferred that applicants hold a UK driving license.
The successful candidates will focus on Person-Centred Care, prioritizing the service user's independence and preferences. You will support them in the community, including attending clubs, activities, appointments, and more.

Note: All roles require the entitlement to work in the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
