The role
You will be responsible for leading all management accounting activity for the CAVU Experiences division ensuring that accurate, and technically robust, management accounts are produced in a timely manner and in line with group finance service levels.
Youll be required to build and maintain key relationships with Divisional Finance Directors, Senior Finance Manager, Head of Group F&A and external auditors.
You will also help drive a culture of continuous improvement within finance whilst supporting a robust financial control framework and be responsible for leadership of the team and implementing and driving a culture of best practice.
What will make you successful in the role?
You will be a qualified accountant with suitable postqualification experience; youll bring strong capability in the preparation and review of management accounts alongside significant experience within a general ledger function at a similar level. Youll demonstrate confident leadership skills and the ability to influence, guide, and support colleagues across the business, ensuring processes are consistently executed and fully compliant.
Be able to demonstrate managing multiple priorities, thriving under tight deadlines and in highpressure environments, while navigating change within a dynamic setting. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferable, supported by intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Youll also bring proven experience of leading team members, managing change, contributing to continuous improvement across finance operations.
