Job Description
Join a high‑calibre GTM team at the ground floor to build Tunic Pay’s customer success and analytics motion from scratch. You will sit at the intersection of product and data, working directly with major UK banks to lead pilots, analyze adoption patterns, and translate complex data into expansion strategies that stop financial crime.

* Dig through messy, multi‑source datasets to extract signals and create narratives that drive high‑stakes decision‑making for partners.
The ideal candidate
* Has 2‑7 years of experience in high‑rigour environments like strategy consulting (McKinsey/Bain/BCG), investment banking, or BizOps at a high‑growth startup.
* Is an analytical powerhouse proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) with a talent for turning data into compelling stories.
* Possesses entrepreneurial energy and a "radical owner" mindset, thriving in less structured environments where they must build processes from zero.
